Lessons in the academy

“Sport is not everything.” – In addition to sporting development, the Soccer Academy focuses on the best possible schooling and academic training completely in line with the fully comprehensive training program. International players: The Soccer Academy is open to players from all over the world. The cooperation with the International Peace School in Cologne, enables students to undergo a special learning program in bilingual hybrid classes and to complete the globally recognized IGCSE (Intermediate School Certificate/Regular School Certificate) and/or the IB Diploma (Abitur). Students earn credits for final exams by participating in hybrid classes.

Due to the best possible media equipment in the school and the high expectation values in dealing with digitalized learning, the players experience a highly challenging education.

The orientation of learning content and learning methods are based on the standards for a globally recognized international school. The lessons take place online at the premises of the Soccer Academy in Arnstadt. The necessary equipment and specially equipped teaching and learning rooms are provided. In addition to the teaching staff in Cologne, the students receive support from our pedagogical and academic staff of the Soccer Academy on site!

NATIONAL players:

Domestic players are also supported in the Soccer Academy and in school and academic matters in the best possible way. Due to the regional connection to the city of Arnstadt and its local schools, there are various offers to take the Realschulreife or the German Abitur.

Language school:

School graduates who come to the Soccer Academy Arnstadt get the opportunity to participate in a language course and thus learn the German language intensively.

Studying and playing soccer under top conditions – Have this been always your dream?

Then we would like to invite you to the Soccer Academy. In cooperation with the International Sportbusiness Campus we offer the perfect combination of studying and playing soccer. Combine your university education with your soccer development and complete your Master’s degree in Business Development with a focus on sports. Up to eight training sessions a week with qualified coaches under professional structures in the Soccer Academy alongside your studies, which take place in small groups in the VIP boxes and function rooms of various Bundesliga clubs.

Become part of the SBC alumni with more than 600 graduates who already hold essential positions in the sports world. The course is limited to 20 students per year, ensuring exclusive support for each individual.

Many of our courses take place in the premises and VIP areas of Bundesliga clubs. Study in the heart of the German football business.
Important information about the program

The course begins in August 2023 and extends over a period of 24 months. It is made up of a total of 12 basic modules and 5 special modules. You will need 120 credits to be eligible for the exam.
